Hosting is free, and your SSL security certificate is free. The only ongoing costs are your domain (about $20–40 a year) and a professional email address if you want one (free to about $14 a month). These are billed to you directly, in your own name — no monthly fees to me — so you own everything and there's nothing hidden. I set it all up for you.

I build a solid local SEO foundation — the right structure, keywords, location targeting, and Search Console setup, which most trade sites never get. I can't promise a number-one ranking overnight, and I won't pretend to. But you'll be set up properly, which is most of the battle.
